Burson Security only employ trained and licensed security officers. All officers have a minimum Level III (Security Operations) and workplace First Aid.  Operational personnel are encouraged to undertake further training and education with our preferred Registered Training Organisation (RTO) RMIT University.

All protective security personnel are fully supervised by team leaders and report to the Guards/Patrols Manager on a regular basis.

Operational Support exists in the form of a twenty-four hour control room with experienced personnel able to offer any technical support or advice. Senior Management are also available on notice to ensure that any critical issues are handled with due care.
